THE FLOOD ,, it's because 30 years ago after that flood happened,
To prevent any harm to the beer,
We entered into agreement with the flood gods ,, which reads , floods can happen,
However, they must stay within a radius of 6 blocks from the Beer Store, assuring the safety of our national treasure

the only one I have seen in last 30 years is on the side of an old beer store in welland
and it had a m&m meats sign on the front
