New setup/no 91,82 sats

I finally burnt up one of my T5s and pulled out a brand new one from my stash. It has been so long since I set one of these up. On both the 104 and 106 files I am not seeing 81 or 92 in my sat lists to scan. I do remember this problem, but I don't remember the fix. Any help is appreciated
