i have one on the north side the neighbor will not take care of on his side, thinks its a place to hang all his junk, and i had to replace several posts with out his help, the fence on the south side the neighbors fence is falling apart, i tried a few years ago to replace it all, he did not want to help pay for it, now the price of lumber has tippled, and labor cost have soared, what was a few hundred to fix now is in the thousands, and i am going to get some else to fix it, that fence with 4X6's and 8" board had to be costly, and it must be very windy there also, well built, Thanks for sharing

All my fences are Environmentally Friendly (Cedars) around my place Looking alot better than a plain Board one
and they absorb greenhouse effects as well as give off O2 ETC.

With those kind of neighbors i would Use solid concrete...............
