Just wait when all the EV owners have to change out their bank of Batteries etc.
I have heard/read that it could cost anywhere from $15,000-30,000 to change them
and there life-span is short 7-8yrs. Also places in the US are already having power grid issues/black-outs

Power grid issues are NOT new.

New EV's have an 8 year warranty on the high-voltage battery pack.

Batteries don't typically die they lose capacity over time.

At the point where these cars are being removed from service en masse these batteries can be repurposed as local energy storage or used as distributed storage for the local grid. Maybe one day everyone will have their own ability to generate and store their own electricity and no one has to pay monthly to the local utility.
