How to force update the firmware on XRS4500?

I have a buzzTV XRS4500 running with firmware version v20220106 and IPTV version 5.0.653. I tried to update it to the latest firmware but unable to withe "Check Update" in BuzzTV system update screen. It always came back with "Latest Update Installed"

What is the latest firmware for XRS4500 and can I force an update? I am trying to see if it has fixes for freezing issues.

Tried that many time..keeps saying "Your system is up to date". I will default the box and see

If that doesn't work, contact Buzz with your Device MAC, and your software info, and they should be able to send you it.

Maybe it is some odd combination they forgot to include in the OTA conditions.

if you checked where I said it most definately would not have said "Your system is up to date"
