use to be a law that headlights had to be a certain distance from the ground, not way up in the air, what ever happened to that? and these folks will also have a trailer hitch hanging down so when they back into a parking space they will back into your radiator, have a friend that happened to, his wife (ding bat) did not notice and burned up the engine on her way home from shopping

The CHP here in California will give you a ticket if the headlights on a jacked truck are more then 54 inches off the road. You can also get one if your tires stick out more then 4 inches from the wheel wells.

that's because they're cheaper to buy
don't accidently drop your metal toolbox in a lightning
it'll be out of commision for weeks...lol
The Sierra is a nice truck ,, full of all kind of goodies, probably the most expensive truck on that list
More of a bosses truck than a workers truck ,,

Flip it over and it's - Driver Returns On Foot
We had this clown in the neighbourhood,, a young kid ...
He had lifted his piece of sh*t truck so high up in the air , he needed 2 steps to climb in,
And without mud flaps
He had re worked his muffler into a stack and run it up the center of the truck
bed by the rear window ,, he was ripping up and down our streets like a F*cktard redneck
AND ! it was a diesel,, with this black smoke ripping out of it , like a train No one would follow behind him
I haven't seen him in a while ,, hopefully he tripped and run himself over

for the smoking diesel some one just got fined big bucks for selling what ever they do to make a engine pour out that black smoke, pure stupidity

I had a 70 Green Dodge 100 PU. with a 440 engine, even pulling a 10,000lb+ travel Trailer etc.
no Hills would slow it down, other than the Gas gauge............lol lol
At least back then you could work on them yourself, the engine bay was Big enough you could
Crawl right inside to work on it etc. "THOSE WERE THE DAYS MY FRIEND"

only 2 things I hated about that truck were brake jobs and not being able to pass a gas station...lol

always had problems except for the truck I modified and even then had to have an added ignition box
both worked but not consistently...lol
my favourite truck I ever had was my 5 ton chevy with bull low 4 speed
towed a 40 yd bin one time cause moron who dropped it off put doors against the building
luved the look on his face when he came to pick it up....lol
