your right TLG but my guess it goes deeper than that that bird is a quail i raise them not sure of the breed
maybe Montezuma and something.im wondering if thats how this guy dispatches his birds normally normal ppl
would just remove the head with chicken bone sissors flapping the bird to death is cruel if i found him he would
be tarred and feathered instantly.
