Hi i got my old premier out of the closet to check it out it always worked great but this time i can't get a full signal on it the top signal is full green and the bottom is full brown i have a bell dish with a twin quad dual lnb . Does anyone have a sonicview premier up and running the dish setting i checked on here seem to be ok has anyone a answer thanks .

Basically a Door stop, possible 91 but no 82 far as I can Remember ? the SV8000HD will get both 91/82 not the Premier

look in lnb settings
my elite hasn't been hooked up for years
but I know you need to use ocs-dp and 91 is 1 and 82 is 2

pick ocs for lnb type
frequency should autofill

I'm not familiar with that receiver, but if you are showing high signal but no quality, then it's most likely an issue with the satellite transponder settings, did you try different transponders ?
