Check your tv or sound bar if used audio settings. Change HDMI cable. If power went out everything needs reset.

Hi from the East part of Ontario. Yes I have the same problem no tv since the power failure a week ago. All I'm getting the screen is Bad???? Don't know what the hell Is going on with the system? I just checked my system again making sure I was up to date with my payment, Tried rebooting the modem and box several times but to no avail. If I should get connected I will Let you know.
Have a good day.

Are you getting any messages on TV screen, Like Bad Signal/No signal showing up ?
If so it could be your power adapter, or HD Module, if you are still using the Original Power Supply that came
with the T5, they will fail #1 problem with the dreamlink Boxes, you need one that's 12v 4-6amp for the Box
To run/operate correctly. Also you shouldn't be using/running any FTA Box with-out COOLING MEASURES (Fans) in place
so that the components inside the receiver don't Over-Heat. I have a set of USB Portable Fans on ALL my Boxes
keeping them Nice & Cool No Heat Issues
