Hello and thank you for having me. Sorry if this was asked before. I am a reseller for IPGUYS and for the last two weeks, I’ve had numerous people message me, some daily that their stb is blocked when they have more than 1 month remaining on subscription. I can reset it at the panel but then next day it seems to be blocked again.
I have escalated to my contact who sold me the panel and they say there’s nothing to be done.
Anyone know what is the reason and solution? I’m going to suggest a new Mac today and update those Mac’s and hope that does it. I would hate to have to move them to another url or provider.
Thanks!

I don't think its throttling as he says hes blocked. Changing Protocol if using wifi makes a difference.
Those with VPN and provider throttling there network.
Choose a country (USA)
Then city (New York)
Then server to use. ( 05)
Set the protocol you are going to try
UDP IP - not good for streaming
UDP Open
Wireguard - not best for streaming
IKEv2 - great to stop throttling
OpenVPN
Other
Changes to any of these could make a big difference for your customers.
I would recommend you only change one of the items at a time, then test.
Otherwise you wont know what was the item you needed to change
