I have a client that is trying to use the 'netflix' button on her xrs 4000 remote and says it wont come up. She has a sub and it works when not using the box. Should it work if she has a sub to it?

So, is it better to use Netflix on something else than the 4000? I doubt she remapped the button as she is 65 years old and not tech savvy at all......Unless by accident if thats possible.

she'll need an arq remote
or a wireless mouse/mini keyboard

Or if she really doesn't like using mouse controls, Black Friday is upon us, she can just get a cheap firestick for netflix :)
But if you have a decent IPTV service, I see no reason for netflix :) Most of my customers have pretty much cancelled their netflix subs after getting a decent service.

I've said the same thing to some people as well. The iptv service has pretty much the same stuff as Netflix would.....
