Some changes for better and some for worse. All I can say is I'm glad I grew up in that era.

Agreed...as complicated as life seemed to be at the time (I turned teenager in 1969), it was NOTHING like teenage life now.I spent almost all of my waking hours outdoors in semi-rural Ontario, & I only realized when I got older how great of a youth it really was.
