Mac Already Taken

Im trying to set up an XR4000 on my OK3 panel and it keeps saying 'mac already taken'. I read that you can't change the mac addy on these anymore so how would I add this to the panel? I put in a username and password but it won't let me continue and the mac addy box is outlined in red, still saying the same mac is taken. The only option is to add device, just the option to 'add mac', no 'XC API' but I did input a password in the available boxes but still didn't work.
Any ideas what to do?

How? There is no option like on the xpl3000. I read that the 4000 series boxes that option was taken out.

go to server settings
hilite the portal you want change
now look at bottom of the screen

I hadn't added the server to the box yet, but after I did, I was able to change the mac.

Set up as Mu not mac, login in with user and password and use mu url not mag.

Can't do user/pass with OK3.......
