I am receiving reports that both services are experiencing a video issue where it is stuck on the same video frame and after 30 or more seconds a new frame appears.
All channels are having the same issue.
Thanks

I did some further testing. When I connect the box to my cell phone through the hotspot option all channels are nice and clear with no freezing, video frames are good.
Back to the wifi and internet provider and system is not working . It looks like it is being blocked by the internet provider . Connected with cyberghost vpn to a Canada city and all good.
A few months back ok3 wouldn’t even let me use my vpn and I was getting a forbidden message when trying to connect the box through the buzz 5 app.
Lo and behold, I am using a vpn on ok3 today.
I have had at least 5 end users phone me today about slow freezing frames.
Thanks
I can never get a vpn to work on ok3 as it always comes up with the forbidden message
We have had no reports of any issues
Who is the isp?

it is primus. I finally reached out to a few more people and everybody on primus is down at the moment on ok3.
I am able to surf on my computer with no issues, I am also using primus myself including the others who called me.
Will wait for a few more hours. Maybe something on there end.
They said it is probably just the provider having issues.
I've been told that tech did some changes which might be why you can now use a vpn
I'll confirm this

Good evening , I just tested the ok3 side with the primus internet provider and it is still down.
It looks like the tech must have changed something again because I can no longer connect with a vpn to the ok3 service. Vpn was working earlier in the day for ok3. The forbidden message pops up on the buzz box when trying to connect.
As for the backup service , with vpn and without vpn the service is operational .
I currently have a few end users down on the ok3 side with primus.
It would be great to have the ability to connect with a vpn on ok3 when problems arise.
As for what the actual issue is, it still might be internet provider issue overall.
No other reports except from primus users.

Does the panel have the ability to flip to ok2 from ok3, I see the ok4 option.
What is the difference in the channel lineup. Ok4 has some differences for sure .
At the moment it is limited users with the primus provider so will wait it out and see what happens tomorrow with primus .
Thanks

A few months ago I had issues with OK4 with users only on a specific ISP here in QC area. Using VPN would bypass the restriction/blocking, but some users did not want to get one at that time, so I switched those users over to OK3 and has been pretty stable. OK3 I know had restrictions to VPN usage so I know if they start blocking OK3, unless changes are made, they may not have workarounds.
OK2 is not immune (actually, no service is). Many of my users moved from ok2 to ok3/4 last year when there were many blackouts during the world cup. However it has been good since then. Unfortunately OK2 is a different panel than OK3/4. And OK2 can be used with either MAC or XC/M3U (which is nice).
