As the title states , a couple weeks back while watching any service , either Live Tv or watching
VOD , tv screen goes blank . Red light on box flashes 3 times and
Buzz logo appears and boots into menu .
On average this happens 4 to 5 times each day .
Has anyone else had this same issue . Firmware is latest and up to date. 5.0.906
Ps. Bluetooth remote also drops connection many times , but that is another bug to discuss.

are you using original power supply?

A factory reset is also worth a try

I'm assuming the X5 has plenty of room to cool ? It is not tucked away in some tight spot, with 3 books sitting on top of it ?
The case does act like a heatsink, and therefore needs to be open (so the warm air can dissipate).
And like mentioned above, a factory reset is not a bad idea. I know, it is new, but I did have an E5 that acted strange at one point even though it was new. A quick factory reset, and all issues went away.
If the problem persists, and it is a new box, I am sure buzz will take care of it. It can happen to the best of them. But let's try the basics first.

Solved ... The wall outlet has Loose hole and low and behold the adapter plug would slowly slide out of contact
replaced the outlet .
Thanks for everyone's help
