After update to Buzz TV 5, I can't access settings app. icon is not responsive

After updating to Buzz TV 5 , trying to enter setting by Pressing on setting icon is not responding in buzz tv zrs 4500 android system. No problem with any other apps, unplug the box a few times restart a few times and no go. Any help would be much appreciated.

Buzztv Media Player 2,but now i cant change anything because i have no access to the settings all other apps are good.

It worked, all other home screens work by pressing the ok button except the player 2. Thank you so much dishuser and have a grate day.
