Youtube on Dreamlink T2

Had serious freezing issues on Youtube then it died. Keep getting Server not available. Removed the Youtube app in "My Apps" and tried to re install through "Market" but keep getting "Server un available. How do you get the Market app re installed so that Youtube can be re installed?
