You read the posts from the numerous seller offering that are posted here (many long time respected ones), and you send them a PM and ask for details on what they have to offer. You do the leg work in private, and wait for replies.

If you have a service to advertise, you re also welcome to advertise as long as you respect the rules also.

From the one supplier I reached out to, it seems that most of those services do have as small as 25-50 credit panels. However, it doesn't seem like many of the services I'm looking for are discussed much on this site, so I have to question their popularity and if it's worth reselling them...
