im a eggspert stopped eating chicken eggs switched over to quail eggs
less fat more protein but it takes four to equal a double aa chicken egg
the 15 minute chicken egg only takes 4 minutes for a quail egg.

Years ago I was raising quail. I liked to pickle the bite sized eggs but it was a pain in the butt peeling enough to fill a jar. lol
