You can add an external player , other than that no. Maybe report the group and channel name for verification. Smarters apk has no offset.

Sometimes your TV has options. And in some cases it is a setting per input.

No input lag on any channel I watch, on my buzz boxes :) Time to get buzzed I guess.

They did say "wicked tv app" so I am assuming they mean the actual wicked apk.

I've installed it once to try it out on my Mii Box, but it is just a customized/branded version of smarters.
I offer it to some friends when they are new to IPTV and just want to check out the "content" of the service on an old android box they still have around, before buying a real box. And most of them end up just buying a buzz classic once they see all the content available.

I have gone thru wicked apk and there is no offset to adjust what he mentioned. Those Smarter re brands need to be refreshed often. Audio offset could have been a jackie chan movie.
