Is anyone else experiencing ok3 service freezing in the early morning hours (4-7 am)? This is an ongoing issue. I wake up early for work, try to watch the news or anything for that matter and about a minute in, service freezes and stays that way. I restart the portal and it works for another minute or two and then locks up. Happens on any channel. My WIFI is not the issue, I am getting over 900 MBPS to the router, all devices show a strong wifi signal. Figure I would see if this was a comon issue.

When was the last time you unplugged your router from the wall outlet? They tend to load up over time and not work effectively. Another thing just because you get 900 mbps to your router does not guarantee you get enough speed to your device. The wireless chip could be failing. If you have Speedtest in the Apps run it if not open the browser on the box and go to speedtest.net and see what your actual speed is?

I am using a firestick, not a box. Apparently, my issue is all the time, just turned on the tv and 1 minute in, it locks up. Same as this morning. I have not unplugged my router in a long time. Just ran the speed test from speedtest.net from my phone using the same wifi, download speed is 697 MBPS. Ping 16MS. Put the speed test app on the firestick and it is only at 42 MBPS download and 21 upload.

Ask your provider to do a reset on the panel for you. I have to do that every once in a while for one of my clients that uses a Firestick.
If you are able to, upgrade to a buzz box.
