The ambiguous names and difficulty searching is not an excuse, and it is part of the "game" / "hobby". You need to put some effort and time reading the various postings, and sending PMs to get more info.

resellers by googling using terms like client-area or billing use the portal address
you only have half posted are you using bunny49138 if so use it

The server's xtream codes API responds with the following message: Welcome to World 4K, so I'm guessing that's the official name, but you can't find anything when you search the web with that name.
