Can't connect

sorry if this is posted in wrong section , on a buzz box if i enter the wrong portal info and it won't connect how do i delete the settings to start over? Can i just add another XC API log in?

Just delete the entry and start over or just add another entry. Should have a delete designation (red button) along the bottom of the screen.

thanks for helping i tried that no luck, i think maybe i can't delete that server as it is the only one if i add another i can maybe delete the original, gonna give it a go anyhow

highlight the server you want to delete then press red button to edit/delete.
also, from Home Screen if you go to settings, apps, Buzz Tv 5, and clear data, it will delete all the server info.

up and running, i was trying to delete server pushing red record button i now understand it is the red button below that, senior no cell phone to get a manual and the buzz does not come with instruction manual in it so a bit of a learning curve. Thanks for help

just added the correct info into "add another server" saved and it worked then deleted the original server info i typed in wrong
