During my last doctors visit, one of the things she asked me was about my bowel movements.I told rer just about every day, I had a bowel movement at 6:00 am.She said that was great...I didn't tell her that I don't get up 'till 9:00

I just wake up and check that I don't have a toe tag. Then the other things follow.
