A couple of big ones on the spreading junction on the Cascadia basin.

If this triggers the Cascadia fault (red line to the right along the coast) then half of the upper West coast of the US would be wiped out with the biggest tidal wave this side of Japan.(possible 9.0+ earthquake)

Now that's funny...Everyone thinks that California will slice off into the ocean like in the movies, not possible, the San Andreas fault is a strike/slip fault, this is when the two sections slip next to each other, in the case of the San Andreas one side is going North the other is going South, this will cause LA to be North of San Francisco in about 2 million years or so.

Now the Cascadia fault is different, it is a subduction fault, this is where the two sections are sliding over each other, in this case the North American plate is sliding over the Pacific plate, this is causing the coast line to build up as the two are kinda stuck right now, if and when the two decide to slip (in a 9.0+) the coast line will drop as much as 9 feet, this will cause a tidal wave.
