OK3 server related , are there any known issues using smartSTB on samsung (tizen) TVs ? One of my customer suddenly keeps having his account blocked when trying to watch on his samsung tv , but once the account is resetted it will work fine on STB emu on android.. He's never had that issue before.
Any help is appreciated.

Forgot to say that resetting the device doesn't make it work on his smart STB , but it will make it work on stb emu.. The moment he tries to use smart stb the account is blocked again..

After you reset, does he try to use STBEmu first ? Because the account will tie to the first device that tries to access it after the reset.

Nope, resetting simply won't unblock his smart STB (i have 2 other customers using same setup samsung tv (tizen) / smart stb full licenses and they have no issues at all) but his smart STB always says blocked. If I reset , stb emu works , then I try smart stb and it's blocked (normal). Then I reset again , try smart STB still blocked , then I got and try stb emu and it's also blocked. Reset again , STB emu works again. So smart STB is blocking the device even before it can log onto the server. I will try changing his mac address later today and see if that fixes anything..

Maybe try moving them to OK4 (same panel anyhow) and see if it persists.
