Hi
Using Stbemu pro 1.2.12.1 with firestick, when the app is launched it goes to a loading white screen for a few seconds,
and then kicks me back to the main firestick amazon screen. Any ideas whats going on. Using Ok2 portal.

1.2.12 is REALLY old.. Maybe time to upgrade. Sure those old version were common because they were the easiest to modify and hardcode the portal URLs and even hide them (pretty sure I had created one for OK2 a while back). But maybe time to upgrade to 2.x branch (check sticky in this forum).

Other option is to clear the CACHE of the app, from the device app menu. If that fails, try to clear the storage for the app (it will require you to re-enter your credentials). Or just uninstall the app, and reinstall it.

No storage not full, uninstalled and installed same version did not work. But a reset device, before I did force stop, clear cache and launch application did fix it.
Also upgrading to latest 2.x branch fixed the issue.
FYI other friends had the same issue must be a firestick Firmware update causing the problem.
Thanks for the tips they did fix the issue.

I'm not sure if this helps, but Ok2 is down right now and has been since this morning. It went down around 10am. Generally if the server is down though you should see "Host Not Found". It shouldn't kick you back to the firestick home screen.

Tonight is obviously not the time to test :)

But they were having issues from a few days ago. But fixed now (at least when server comes back up).
