New Update sent to All X5 Boxes on Android 11

UPDATE TAKES UP TO 20 MINUTES TO DOWNLOAD + INSTALL YOU CANNOT REVERT BACK
Firmware Changes:
- Added support for APK bundles
- Added Support for New BT350,G20,BT500,IR50/55 Remotes
- Added Support for Voice Remotes
- Update preinstalled apps
- Add service to update preinstalled apps
- Update BuzzTV to 5.0.938
- Fix preinstall apps reinstalling on reboot after user uninstalled
- Fix 4K Bugs

Changes:
- Added Lithuanian language support
- Added movie quality list feature for MAC servers
- Search by actor names now uses server API on MAC servers
- Added forced aspect ratio configuration
- Fixed the app wouldn't load season list for some tv shows on MAC servers
- Fixed a minor issue when creating PVR recordings
- Minor Bug Fixes

Updated last nite. Download complete and when it asked to reboot I hit ok and screen went to buzztv logo and everything froze. Remote would not work or turn box off. Tried to pull off power for a minute and reconnect but still same logo on screen with no response from remote. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks

what was your firmware version before updating?

You might try restarting the box and then putting the remote in paring mode. Or do a factory reset and starting over with the new update. I personally have done a factory reset and brought me back to the original firmware. There is a routine for factory reset but i don't remember. i'd try pairing the remote first.

they're stuck on logo

I do not know what version I had. Can not see anything on box except buzztv logo.

when was the last time you took a firmware update?

I did a factory reset. Everything when back to initial setup. Everything is working OK but the version on the box is V20220624. Update says I have the latest update. How can I get the latest version? Thanks for your help.
