can one or two TP's wander

Can one or two TP's fall below good S&Q and not effect others? I lost TP 12676 to mid 20 S&Q the remainder seem okay although I haven't checked all of them. I am going to get the signal checker on it tomorrow. Most TP's seem to be in the 80's for S&Q
