I had a customer who reported and sent me the exact same screenshot back on Sept 1st. At the time, I tried resetting their device on panel, and I also tried moving them to OK4 and made no difference.
However after having checked around, it seems to be something to do with Tivimate 5.1.0 update (which was around that time) and I recommended to them to roll back to 5.0.4. However he was too busy and had other services on the same box and did not want to reinstall. He has been out of town on business for a while and has not had a chance to test that. But many people online confirmed many MAC servers stopping to work with the 5.1.0 androllback seemed to fix the issue.
EDIT: He was on OK4 originally (not OK4 - but OK3 was the same message when I had him test).
