I was in a/v menu and I must of hit a wrong button and now I have no image on tv. The tv is saying it doesnot support the resolution.
So how can I do a factory reset without image on tv?

Yes their is an aspect button on remote. I hooked up receiver to a different set and played with the aspect button 1080p and got it to work. I also got the wifi to connect to home network by just plugging in the antenna below the ethernet port.
