that kind of money probably does not belong to any bank or institution, belongs to the drug cartel, not sure what i would do, calling the cops probably would be the normal things we were taught to do, but i might be temped to claim a finders fee right off, but it all probably smells of drugs, so the cops drug dog would probably give you away, driver probably died from inhaling the vapors from the dirty money, or do you just drive the van to some other secluded area and bury the money and take the deceased person to a nearby medical facility and let them process the deceased person, give then a story and then all As
