Has anybody seen a nice spike in the insurance premiums during the renewal period in Canada.

Where I’m located, 25 percent hike.
Zero accidents, zero claims, zero speeding tickets, zero infractions period in 25 years.
Shopped around and I still have the cheapest out there.

Seems there raising the rates due to third party liability claims and stolen vehicles.

We all eat that cost for some reason.

It's on everything we Buy/purchase, In Canada we are getting "RIPPED OFF PERIOD"

when I was younger living in the falls we used my grandparents address in st kitts and it was about 40% cheaper
it's all about the stats for a city that determine cost

try living in california most drive without yeah those adds for cheap insurance
always lead you back to your own insurance company just another scam.
here they make everybody pay for the rich living in the woods where
their homes burn every season because they dont clear their properties.

one thing you have to consider is your AGE, as we good drivers get older the insurance companies all of them do this is raise the rates for older drivers, and even make it harder to get a drivers license , the states shorten the time between renewals, while i moan and grown about all this consider the fact our health is not as good, and for sure we do not see as good, but if you observe some of the older drivers they appear to be not as good as they use to be, then again we need the vehicle to get to the grocery store, i have a neighbor who could not rent a car at the airport because of his age 90, still had a cdl
