I use a dreamlink to use wickediptv...any live event or TV will not play now and has this message... my internet is good, what could be the issue? Is it the dreamlink box?

You in Canada ? If so, are you using a VPN ?
It has been a few weeks now, that especially in the afternoon/evenings or during major sporting events, you have no choice but to use a VPN.

VPN is something you install on the box. Not sure about the T2, it is an older box but look in "Market place" on the box (or download the app for whichever VPN you decide on, then side load it on the T2).
Proton VPN allows one free connection if you sign up, but free accounts do not seem to auto start when you turn on the box.

Keep in mind that ProtonVPN on Android required Android 8.0+.
Pretty sure the T2 was Android 7, so it would be out of luck.
Black friday is here. Many companies are having sales right now (IP Vanish, Windscribe, etc..). It's peanuts a day, and this blocking is not going to go away any time soon.
Windscribe you can sign up for an account, gives you 10 GB if you use your email to sign up. 10GB is fine to be able to test it for a few hours before buying.
I prefer the AndroidTV client, vs the basic Android version. The AndroidTV client works even on non-AndroidTV devices, but has been optimized for use with a remote.
You can download the AndroidTV client from here, and install it from a USB key or whatever other way you can install apps on your device.
