For some reason the box won't let me update to the current version . Keeps saying "Preparing system update". It just sits there. Been over 5 minute and still won't update. Any ideas???

Thanks Dishuser. Did that but didn't work. I ended up doing a factory reset. Funny after that the box updated by itself.

it always does since factory will have older firmware and software
did you make a backup of buzztv 5 app before resetting?
