Network issues nationwide try rebooting router

Are the network issues still happening? Got some people that still have 'register your device' coming up even after a router reboot.

Edit: The user changed back to the old url and its back up......

I have 2 people on OK4 that have been down since yesterday. Even tried switching between the old and new url's. Tried rebooting the box and router. Any ideas what to try?

Ask your reseller to do a device reset on the panel for your account.

Are you using STBEmu or a boxes integrated software (like Buzz or others) ?
IF using STBEmu, did you ever configure the DeviceID fields ?

I've had this issue in the pass regarding OK4, my reseller has also done a few device resets, never had any issues with wicked IPTV. I know someone using ok3 and once in a while same thing.
I'm using STB emulator, I got the VPN because of this issue, I'm thinking about getting rid of OK4 when it expires any recommendations.

Recommendation ? Get a buzztv box. Never have those issues with BuzzTV boxes. I only see these issues with people using STBEmu unfortunately. None of my users using buzz boxes ever have these issues.

If you like the OK server lineup, then maybe reach out to our buddy herk. He had recently posted about another server 24x7Live (https://www.satfix.to/showthread.php?232273-24x7LIVE). The lineup is pretty close to the OK servers and it supports XC API (so no need to worry about MAC address registrations).
