I have sound and no picture on some channels. Some I don't even get anything. NHL channels I don't get anymore.

Have you done all the TP changes to box, if not I suggest you do some reading in the Jynxbox section

and get updated on what has happened Lately on TP updates/changes etc.

hd audio is not encrypted

Made TP changes, no change. Did rescan copy of same channels showed up on epg.

i would suggest trying a different bin i've gone through a few trying to get it to work and did find a couple bins acting up with no epg with picture or i'd get no picture and epg it could be my setup with internet but not sure and haven't fooled around with it too too much .
