I'm facing a new issue now when configuring ok4 on STB emu pro. When I do the initial configuration and check off the box to send device ID to server and select the device ID2. I add numerous characters like the instructions say to do. When I exit out and go back in I get the STB is blocked message. If I go back into the settings and uncheck the device ID boxes in the previous steps and exit out it will load in without issues. Anyone else having similar issues?

That is normal. It is recognizing it as a new box.
Once you make the changes, you will need to contact your reseller and ask them to do a device reset on the server, in order for it to recognize what it thinks is a NEW box.

I should have stated that these have all been new devices. I did have the reseller do a reset but it didn't do anything. I've never seen a reset fix the STB is blocked message. I've only seen it fix the register this device message

i wouldnt use any app or device that even remotely suggests using a serial number or device keys
period.ill take heat for this but its a fact any app or device requiring these were/are trying to keep hackers out
instead it keeps the paying subber out lol.this is mainly on any iptv that uses the apache server with the stalker portal extension.
hackers use various tools like open bullet storm silver bullet multi tool etc. these all counter rmeasure the serial and device keys
creating havoc for the subber.these servers have very little protection and are easy to hack some of the newer hacking tools
can grab entire iptv databases.there are tools that can mess things up too like this one used by hackers to change up serial and device keys

I've had to reset devices multiple times to fix this issue, and they all had a Firestick. If that's what you have, that's probably why.

They are firesticks and have done multiple resets and no difference. They only way I can get it to connect is to either leave everything unchecked under the device ID screen
