What apps are you use to manage customers

Hi mates, just want to know what are the other apps you guys using when managing users.

I know some like tivimate, implayer, ibo player where you can manage playlist without giving the user any details. easy to manage.

I would like to know if there are any other affordable ones for mostly xtreme code based services.

Thats just hardware, but I am talking about software . these days people have good tvs where they can install like duplex, ibo pro tv app and others apps, don't need to buy any box anymore. this is more easy to approach user who wants to watch. easy to find new leads too

I have yet to find a generic software that has a decent UI. Most decent UIs are in software that is integrated to a box designed for IPTV. All the rest, including the ones you mentioned are in some cases "ok", but still often too cumbersome for the basic users who don't care for too many features, but want something basic and simple.

Not to mention that every other release, they break stuff. 5.1.0 broke connections to many MAC servers. Many people had to roll back to 5.0.4 to get stuff up and running again (I had piles of calls from friends using firesticks and shields with tivimate when 5.1.0 was released). Then 5.1.5 was supposed to fix that (took 3 months to fix), but it broke catch-up :) Now 5.1.6 apparently fixes that and it took over a month to fix.

Why dont you rebrand your own app, and stop paying for them over and over.
