Couple channels have sound no picture

I have junxbox hd premium pretty well all channels on north working. A couple that I watch after rescanning only have sound and no picture? Any help appreciated?

do a manual scan of Transponder 12369MHz/21500/V/turbo (8PSK)

just looked at lyngsat and it looks like it should be 12370MHz .... don't know why mine scanned 12369MHz ...

that's only 1 MHz difference so if you have 12370 scan that one ... transponders are separated by 14 or 15 MHz

the only thing I did that might explain the discrepancy was I loaded a bin from another user ...

12369 is same as 12370 just way box rounds it off, you can edit if you want.
