Too bad it's in Dutch a wrinkled state it would be worth more then a dollar, does it have a year date on it??

Ahhh good I couldn't see the date on it in the first photo.(1917)

Now, if it was un-circulated it could run as high as $500 or more, but in it's current state it's around $80 to $100 best guess.

were not bills with a red seal worth more, seem to recall $2. bills had/have a higher value that are red instead of green, me i would iron it smooth and keep it, a dollar from grandma was always special even if it is some what rough
