What changes should the Montreal Canadiens organization make during the offseason, or not? Who should go, and who should stay? Should changes be made within management, coaching staff, or players. As for my thought. I'm not really a fan of the Habs, but i got to admit, this year was a success, and they have nothing to regret. They should look back on this year and use it for monavation for next year. Just by adding key pieces to the puzzle, i think they would have a good shot at going all the way! They is no one to put the blame on for what has happen, they just basically ran out of gas. Yes it's true, big name players were scoreless, but that's apart of hockey, that's all. What changes they should make, is bringing back Guy Carbonneau, not as coach, but as general manager. Keeping the same coaching staff, i think Jacques Martin & Kirk Miller has done a fantastic job with that team. Adding to their defence in size, and deciding on who is thier starting goalie. Yes both Halak & Price are good, but it just worn't work. It's being proving in the past you just can't have 2 number #1 goalies. Price was said to be the next patrick roy, but his slump streak is in effect due to being to nervous. Come on, you could see it, he tries so hard that he skakes himself out. On the other hand, Halak is cool and calm, he proving that in these playoffs, especially when they were down in the first 2 series. Price would be a good trade for a team like the Edmonton Oilers, who is needed of a goalie, and if so should the Oilers give up their #1 draft pick for him. So with all that has been said, what do you think, thanks!
