Considering you both have identical driver picks, identical picks for the first caution lap, and you posted second Publicraven, might I suggest a change in your first caution lap pick in the event of a tie for first place.

The intention was the "all-or-none" law. Get the perfect pick in all three Tiers, and get a bonus of 25 points.

If you look at my spreadsheet for the NASCAR Pool, you will see where you stand in the points at the start of the chase.

Currently eyeQ has 675 points to start.
Me, mike5752, TPB, and toddr1 have 600 points to start.
buckets88, publicraven, and marlo803 have 575 points to start.
aj1, bobkoke, and scott21 have 550 points to start.
Night Prowler, and costactc have 525 points to start.
Mr. Smith, and pandr have 450 points to start.
JCO has 375 points to start.
bigge has 300 points to start.
msav has 250 points to start.
tucker0001 has 225 points to start.
Everyone else that has participated this year and not mention has 50 or less points to start.

Considering the average points per each week is around 1200 points, I think it would be safe to say its everyones game starting in four weeks, when the points are reset.
