got nano 2

dish 500
Dpp lnb for (119 & 110)

dish 300
legacy single would like (91)

Do i need a switch to make it happen, or can i use the disq that came with nano2?

no switch needed at all.the 500 has a built in switch and also has an input for another sat.just set the 500 up for 110/119 and then run the coax from 91 into the input of the 500

I thought it was the 1000 that used the Plus LNB, not the 500. Do you have the Plus LNB with the "IN" port?

if they want 91 they need a switch

I don't think yours is a "true" 500, the 1000 used the DPPlus LNB, the 500 just had a Twin for 110/119

There is indeed a DPP Twin LNB which has an input. However, in order to use it you would need to change the LNB on the Dish300 to a DP Single(dual output) LNB. If you still wish to use the Legacy LNB then a switch is needed to combine the DPP Twin and Legacy Dual LNBs. The best switch to do this would be a SW21 switch. I recommend the Dishnet brand SW21 switch as they are the most reliable.
