TNA officials considered multiple locations for this year's Bound for Glory PPV event, but ultimately selected Daytona Beach, Florida in an effort to keep expenses relatively low. Numerous company employees live in Florida and are thus able to drive to the Ocean Center, the event's venue. Other factors include building cost and belief that it would draw most if not all of the Impact Zone regulars.
