WWE has removed Triple H from the Summerslam promotional poster and his image has been replaced by The Big Show.
Plans for Triple H to return at the PPV appear to be off following his surgery to repair a torn muscle tendon in his arm last week. He is expected to be kept out of the ring for two to four more months.
