Dave Scherer of PWInsider.com is reporting that the story going around regarding issues between Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon are "unfounded" and not true. The source of the original story was Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com and here is a direct quote he made in response to Scherer's report:
"Marketing people were given a directive last week regarding Shawn. There was some idea, not sure what, it had passed every stage, had been okayed at the top, was about to be worked on. Vince came back and nixed it, saying they are to do nothing involving Shawn. This was after okaying it."
