- TNA has been discussing bringing in former ECW Champion Justin Credible for August's Hardcore Justice pay-per-view. Credible's involvement with the show has not been confirmed.
- It's expected that Johnny Swinger and Simon Diamond will re-form their old ECW tag team at the TNA Hardcore Justice pay-per-view. Swinger and Diamond have teamed up in TNA before and were managed by Dawn Marie in ECW.
- Independent women's wrestler Mia Yim worked a tryout match with TNA last month but the company has decided not to hire her. “No open spots for me at TNA,” Yim wrote on her Twitter account. “It’s ok, keep an eye out for me because I am just getting started.…Who knows what will happen in the future.”
