- "EV2.0" or "Extreme Version 2.0" will be the new name for TNA's version of ECW. The name was an Eric Bischoff idea. Apparently, Tommy Dreamer tried to get fans to chant the new name at the TNA Impact taping on Monday night but things didn't work out too well. The idea is that TNA doesn't want fans chanting the "ECW" initials in case WWE decides to take legal action against them.
- In regards to WWE taking legal action against TNA, the word is WWE probably won't do anything if there is even a chance that they could lose a fight in court. TNA is allowed to use the name "ECW" in a past tense as long as they don't promote their PPV as an ECW event
