I am looking for a Corvair Rampside pickup. I restore old vehicles and this is next on my list.
Having trouble finding one so I thought with members here from all over someone may have seen one for sale or knows of one.
Don't want rusted out junk prefer it from Canada but will bring one in from the states.
Let me know here or via PM

My first car was a 1962 Corvair. Good luck finding a rampside. The corvair vans and pickups are quite rare. The only thing even more rare is the corvair station wagon.

I've got a Corsa that I've restored. I also have a rampside but its rusted beyond repair. There are lots in the U.S. just a matter of finding one for sale.

I could pull the motor out of that thing in 20 minutes. Pull the axles, unhook fuel lines and the transmission shift linkage, then four bolts and the entire thing drops right out.

I did a report on them in high school and found out my teacher's best friend in high school was in a typical corvair flip.

I had a bunch of old hot rod magazines where they replaced the 4 carb version with a gigantic octopus contraption and a monster four barrel carb that you had to cut a hole in the trunk to fit in there.

I had seriously considered getting a convertable monza but I unfortunately had to break down and get an affordable sensible reliable car for my daily school commute at the time.

Found one here in Canada. Basically a total restore but its one part away from being done. Restoring wasn't the problem getting parts was a nightmare. Unlike the corvair car, rampside parts are very hard to come by.
